i have been watching andrea's blog to see whether you had updated your blog! glad to see the pictures of your house in progress. things are looking great so far! i'm looking forward to seeing the complete set of after pictures when you're all done! also, i think it's awesome that both your families (and friends) are so involved in helping you renew your place.

First off what does "By the By" mean...hmmm...good thing you may be going back to school.
